We, the undersigned, avid supporters of the Gunners ask the management to take a step back and come up with a decent, proficient and coherent plan to bring the club back to its former glory and make it truly great again. We are extremely disappointed with the way things have been handled at the club over the past few years and demand a profound and meaningful reform.
No one should be happy with the way things are at Arsenal. The club has been failing for years, and management have refused to address the issue; they made a superficial change, thinking that if Arsene Wenger is replaced, things will be shiny again - but they were wrong! The roots of the problem go much deeper: it's important to note that Arsenal is no longer a top club, but rather a mediocre Premier League side with huge ambitions, yet no concrete means to achieve them, and this is the main reason the team disappoints every year.
The team has not won a Premier League title in years, it has been a bitter disappointment in European competitions (often times being humiliated in the Champions League - see match vs Bayern Munich) and the only silverware it has brought home is the FA Cup - important nonetheless, but just too small to count given the ocean of failures.
Meanwhile, supporters are baring the brunt, given the fact that ticket prices are one of the steepest in Europe - in complete contrast to the team's real potential. I think it's cheaper to go to Barcelona to see a game (cost of ticket and transportation included) than to go to the Emirates to certain Premier League games. It's insane!
